Borrower data processed through the Services is stored and processed within Saudi Arabia. For customers requiring full data sovereignty, Abwab offers on-premise deployment where data never leaves the customer's infrastructure.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf, with lender partners as directed by our customers, and where required by law or regulatory authority.

We implement technical and organizational measures aligned with the SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, including encryption, access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law and regulatory requirements.
