1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Abwab's platform, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.
2. Use of Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Customer Data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Services. You grant Abwab a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, models, and content provided by Abwab, are the property of Abwab and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use Abwab's trademarks or branding.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Abwab outputs are decision-support tools and do not constitute financial, legal, or regulatory advice. Final lending decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abwab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
